PCI have been engaged to act as the Client’s Project and Project Procurement Manager. PCI’s role is to facilitate budget, programme, and quality assurance for Foodstuffs North Island.
Following on from the project management role, PCI Projects were engaged to complete the Pak’n Save fit out and store opening programme. This included management of all installation required for the store opening, but not limited to equipment installation for all departments, shelving, and racking, works outside main contractors scope, any element required to be completed for the supermarket to be operational.
