PCI Projects have been engaged to undertake the project management, engineer to the contract and procurement management for a full large-scale refurbishment.

PCI were engaged based on their retail experience and the complexity of the project due to the requirements of keeping all departments operational during a live building site. This major refurbishment comprises of the following: Seismic upgrade, full department upgrade, retail racking, retail changes and equipment upgrade.
