Overview
Our team was commissioned by the Andrew Simms Group to deliver New Zealand’s first Denza showroom, an exciting milestone marking the arrival of a new and innovative electric vehicle brand to the local market. As the country’s inaugural Denza location, the project carried strategic importance: it needed to set the benchmark for customer experience, represent the brand’s premium positioning, and establish a strong foundation for future rollout.
Working alongside RCG, who completed the design in just 3.5 weeks, our objective was to translate Denza’s global brand identity into a refined, technology-forward retail environment tailored to a New Zealand audience.
The Challenge: A Compressed Timeline
The most demanding aspect of the project was the exceptionally accelerated delivery program. With only 2.5 weeks to complete the full construction, our team needed to rethink conventional sequencing and adopt a highly agile approach. Every detail from specialist materials to digital display integrations, had to be coordinated with precision to avoid delays.

Daily coordination meetings ensured proactive issue resolution, clear communication, and consistent alignment across all stakeholders.
