Construction to Commence 2024

This ‘Accor’ hotel on Gore is a 39-storey, 313 key 5-star hotel located in Downtown Auckland. The hotel has been designed on the base of the old reserve bank which has rich history in the CBD. The finished façade has been created to display a curved façade, with interior designed double height sky bar with a roof-top pool and deck.

The hotel brand will be the first in the southern hemisphere and PCI’s Director is proud to have been involved in this project since 2014.
