PCI Projects have been engaged to act as the Clients Project Manager and procurement management. PCI Projects role is to facilitate budget, programme, and quality of the project for Foodstuffs North Island. 

Following on from the project management role, PCI projects have been engaged to complete the Pak’n Save fit out and store opening programme. This comprises of management of all installation required for the store opening, but not limited to equipment installation for all departments, shelving, and racking, works outside main contractors scope, any element required to be completed for the supermarket to be operational.
